ALOHA!

As summer weather is coming to an end, what better way to celebrate by bringing in a Luau theme on Monday, October 5th. Bring your own tropical island to the fields and play ball! Here are a few drink recipes that you might like during this week! :)

Blue Hawaiian: 

1 oz. Rum (Light) 

1 oz. Coconut Rum 

1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Pineapple Juice 

Blue Layer:

1/4 cup pineapple juice, strained to remove solids

1/4 cup Vodka

1 envelope Knox gelatin

1/4 cup blue curacao liqueur

                                       1/4 cup coconut rum

Yellow Layer:

3/4 cup pineapple juice, strained to remove solids

1/4 cup Rose's lime juice

1 envelope Knox gelatin

We will be doing a competition of the most dressed up spirited team. Team pictures will be taken at The Library & Kitchen Taphouse (Our partnered bar) after the games are finished!
